Your Order: By placing an order with Woody's Custom Golf Clubs, LLC(Seller), Buyer agrees to Seller's terms and conditions only. All other terms and conditions shall be considered null and void . All clubs are assembled after the order is placed and components are received. We use just in time production to hold down costs.
Prices: All prices are based on pricing at the time the order is placed plus packing and shipping. Prices and terms are subject to change without notice. Seller reserves the right to change product specifications, modify designs, withdraw discontinued products or limit order quantities without prior notice.
Terms: (1)Credit Card(VISA, Mastercard, & DISCOVER), (2) Prepaid by check or money order. No C.O.D. Returned check fee is $25.00 regardless of face amount of check. Seller retains full ownership of goods until full payment is received. All goods will remain with seller until check has cleared.
Freight: All shipments are delvered via UPS Ground Service. Freight is charged at UPS costs. Final freight charges can't be determined until your order is packed and weighed. Buyer is responsible for all freight charges.
Warranty: All goods are covered by a limited warranty to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal usage for a period of 3 months from the actual date of purchase, and only covers defective merchandise that are out of the sellers specifications and subject to Sellers inspection. A Return authorization number must be obtained for all warranty claims. Claims due to product abuse are not covered by this warranty. Seller disclaims any warranty regarding performance or fitness for purpose.
Damaged Goods or Shortages: Buyer must make a claim against the carrier for damages or shortages that occur during shipping. Any claims for shortages or damages must be received by the Seller within 72 hours upon receipt of shipments.
Return Authorization: No returns accepted without valid cause and Seller's prior written return authorization number. Every return must include the original invoice and all returns must be shipped Prepaid. No C.O.D. shipments can be accepted. Buyer may return the merchandise to Seller within 10 days upon receipt if the merchandise is unused and is in the same condition as when shipped. No custom clubs can be returned. Any returned non-defective merchandise is subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Back Orders: Items that are back ordered will be shown on the invoice and will be shipped as soon as possible unless canceled by Buyer prior to shipment. The freight for back orders will be charged.
Collection: The Buyer shall pay the Seller all reasonable attorney's fees and any and all expences and costs incurred in the collection of any amounts owed to the Seller, if it becomes necessary for the Seller to take action to collect sums due from Buyer.
Jurisdiction: The laws of the State of Ohio shall govern the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement between Seller and Buyer.
